KORAY ÜKÜNÇ
Chairman of the Board
Civil Engineer
Born in İzmir in 1979, he completed his primary, secondary and high school education in İzmir. He graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of Celal Bayar University. After graduation, he worked in various administrative positions in the construction sector, including site management, project management and general management. In 2024, he gained public administration experience as General Manager of MERBEL A.Ş., an affiliate of Konak Municipality. In later years, he turned to the real estate sector, becoming a partner of Mavi Değerleme A.Ş. and taking on the role of Chairman of the Board. He also places great importance on civil society activities, serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Life and Education Foundation. Koray Ükünç, who speaks English, is a father of two.
